Attendance during scheduled Open Days
7 May 2026After already having had 12 scheduled Open Days, we would like to express our appreciation to all exhibitors who are consistently present between 10:00 and 16:00. Your commitment contributes to a strong and professional purchasing environment.
Unfortunately, we have also noticed that some exhibitors arrive later and/or leave earlier.
We would like to remind everyone of the agreements that were established during the last General Members’ Meeting (ALV):
Mandatory attendance on scheduled Open Days: 10:00 – 16:00.
These new hours have been introduced to offer more flexibility, partly due to increasing traffic congestion, and they reflect feedback from suppliers.
As an exhibitor, you may be absent twice, provided that you give a reason.
If no reason is given, an absence will be recorded and a possible fine will be enforced.
